The Rams ended up with seven receivers, that’s surprising on its own. What’s even more surprising is that one of them isn’t Hodge. It comes off as odd considering the success that Hodge had in the preseason. Thomas did earn the spot, so no surprise there. Thomas will be lucky to see playing time. Natson will be a special teamer. This leaves Webster, but he will likely be used primarily for special teams purposes if he stays on the roster. Hodge will likely end up on the practice squad if not picked up by another team.
