The Los Angeles Rams possess a general manager that has mastered the art of “wheelin’ and dealin'” in Les Snead. Not many are doubting Snead’s ability to land a trade involving Detroit Lions CB Darius Slay. But, its become a question of whether or not a trade should happen at all.
Pro: Scary Secondary
As it is, the Rams are loaded with talented secondary players. Currently, the Rams have arguably one of the best cornerbacks in Jalen Ramsey and Troy Hill, whom has made incredible strides into becoming a starter. John Johnson and Taylor Rapp are also expected to be one of the more talented safety duos in the league. Adding Slay to the mix would give the Rams a huge advantage in passing defense. There are a total of six Pro Bowl appearances between Ramsey and Slay alone. If nothing else, Ramsey seems to like the idea:
