Yes, I realize this is the third receiver on this list and for a good reason. As mentioned above, this is easily one of the best receiving classes in recent memory. The Rams don’t necessarily need to trade up to land a good one. Although, I wouldn’t argue trading up to nab any one of these receivers on this list. Shenault is another guy worth pursuing. Picture having a stronger Sammy Watkins, and you essentially have Shenault. The key difference is strength, meaning Shenault would still work well in the Rams’ new offensive scheme.
Shenault is a pure playmaker, and the major reason he isn’t more coveted is because of past injuries. Injury history will always be a concern, but the potential Shenault has could truly re-spark the Rams’ offense. While I don’t expect the Rams to throw the deep ball too often, Shenault can certainly give that option every-so-often.
