Joe Haeg

The Rams stand to potentially lose both Andrew Whitworth and Austin Blythe in free agency. Joe Haeg was a 5th round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft and quickly saw starts at both right guard and tackle in 2016 and 2017. Haeg is an extremely valuable offensive lineman. While he isn’t spectacular, he is solid at all five spots on the offensive line. He doesn’t draw many penalties, is adequate in run blocking and pass protection. He would be a good pick up for a Rams team that saw multiple injuries and line shifts throughout 2019 season. A 2-3 year deal for $4-6 million would be smart for both sides.
