Week 13: The losing skid continues for the Los Angeles Rams, losing to the New England Patriots 26-10

The Los Angeles Rams dropped their third game in a row when they suffered an embarrassing 26-10 loss at the New England Patriots on Sunday, December 4. The Rams have now lost 7 of 8 games and sit at 4-8 on the season.

On the day that the Rams announced a two-year extension for Head Coach Jeff Fisher, the Rams continued to look pathetic on the field. Their offense only managed 162 total yards, while their defense gave up 402 yards to the Patriots.

Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady and running back LeGarrette Blount dominated the game. Brady completed 33 of 46 passes for 269 yards and a touchdown. Blount rushed 18 times for 88 yards and a touchdown. The loss made Brady the winningest quarterback in NFL history, taking away the record from Peyton Manning at 201 wins.

Goff completed 14 of 32 passes for 161 yards, a touchdown and two interceptions for the Rams. Running back Todd Gurley disappointed again behind the overwhelmed L.A. offensive line, gaining 38 yards on 11 carries.

The Rams will host the Atlanta Falcons next Sunday, December 11 at 1:25 PM PDT.
