6. Not-so-special teams

This is by far the worst all-around special teams performance under John Fassel. JoJo Natson did not impress at all and even hesitated on one return. They couldn’t effectively block for Johnny Hekker, resulting in a blocked punt. Hekker too had a muffed punt. To top it all off, Greg Zuerlein missed a critical field goal in the fourth quarter. Can’t really say this is a result of rust considering these guys played in the preseason. Not too concerned with Hekker or Zuerlein, but Natson is a different story. It may be time to consider Nsimba Webster as a replacement.
