Marc Bulger

So, many fans are divided when it comes to Bulger. Some believe he benefited from playing with offensive guru Mike Martz and the remnants of the Greatest Show on Turf. Both statements have some truth to it, but how he became the starter and the results don’t lie. For a more in-depth look at this topic, check out Steve Rebeiro’s take.

Bulger took Warner’s job after his series of thumb injuries. He even went 5-0 as a starter after the team began with an 0-5 start. Two Pro Bowls later, Bulger finished his career with 22,814 passing yards, 122 touchdowns and 93 interceptions. Whether or not you believe in Bulger, those number alone makes him on the franchise’s best quarterbacks of all time.
